Maneki Studio is a Seattle-based design studio. This policy explains what information the website collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you. Questions, privacy requests, and legal notices can be sent to hello@maneki.studio, which is the authoritative contact method for this site.

Information you provide

If you use the contact form, Maneki Studio receives the name, email address, optional business name, and project details you submit. The form is processed by Formspree so the message can be delivered and answered. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the project-details field.

Contact-form information is used only to respond to your message, discuss a potential project, provide requested services, maintain business records, protect the site, and comply with legal obligations. It is not sold, rented, shared for cross-context behavioral advertising, or used to build advertising audiences.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics is used only after you choose "Allow analytics." It may collect page visits and interactions, browser and device details, approximate location, referrer information, and a random client identifier stored in first-party cookies. Maneki Studio uses this information in aggregate to understand which pages are useful and improve the website.

If you decline, the Google Analytics script is not loaded and no analytics data is sent to Google. You can change your choice at any time with the "Privacy choices" button. Declining analytics does not affect access to the site.

Analytics data is not used for third-party advertising, ad personalization, or resale. The site configures Google consent signals with advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization denied.

Hosting and local preferences

Cloudflare serves the website and may process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser details, requested URL, and timestamps to deliver and protect the site. The website also stores theme and analytics choices in your browser’s local storage. Those preferences stay on your device unless you clear them.

How information is used

Service providers

Information is shared only with providers needed to operate the site: Formspree for contact-form delivery, Google Analytics for optional measurement, and Cloudflare for hosting, delivery, and security. These providers may process information in countries outside your own under their respective terms and safeguards.

Maneki Studio does not sell personal information, does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and does not use personal information for advertisements. No contact-form submission is sold or used for advertising.

Retention

Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or active project, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. Analytics information is retained according to the settings in Maneki Studio's Google Analytics account. You can ask about or request deletion of identifiable inquiry information by emailing the address above.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain uses. You may also withdraw analytics permission at any time. To make a request, email hello@maneki.studio. Maneki Studio may need to verify a request before fulfilling it.

Children

This business website is not directed to children under 13, and Maneki Studio does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the website or its service providers change. The effective date above will be revised when a material update is published.
